Dough Dash uses information you provide, such as your name, email, telephone number, delivery and billing addresses, order contents and delivery instructions, to process orders, deliver products, provide support, prevent fraud and maintain required business records. Avoid including sensitive medical information in delivery instructions.

Payments and service providers

Payments will be processed through the payment provider you choose at checkout, Stripe or PayPal. Their own privacy policies also apply. Do not email payment-card details. Order and contact information is shared with hosting, payment, email and delivery providers only as needed for their services, and may be disclosed when required by law or to protect lawful rights.

Cookies and marketing

Essential cookies support shopping-cart, checkout, login and security functions. This build does not include advertising pixels or optional analytics. If optional tracking is added, the policy and any required choices must be updated first. Transactional order messages are distinct from promotional messages. We will not add you to promotional email merely because you place an order; marketing signup must be separate and optional, with an unsubscribe option.

Retention and requests

We retain information as needed to fulfill orders, handle customer service, meet applicable accounting and legal duties, and resolve disputes, then delete or de-identify it when no longer needed. Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards; no online service can guarantee absolute security. The store is intended for adults placing orders and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
