Shopping with Dough Dash

These terms govern purchases from Dough Dash. You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement, provide accurate order information and use an authorized payment method. Products, pack sizes, prices, availability, delivery charges and applicable taxes are shown before you submit payment.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to product availability and delivery eligibility. An automated receipt acknowledges submission; acceptance and the agreed delivery details are confirmed in your order confirmation. If we cannot accept or fulfill a paid order, we will notify you and refund the unfulfilled portion. We will not substitute a product or increase a charge without your agreement.

Payment is handled by Stripe or PayPal according to the option selected at checkout. We may decline suspected unauthorized or fraudulent orders. Contact us about a pricing or order error; we will offer a corrected order for your approval or cancellation with the appropriate refund.

Delivery and product information

Delivery is limited to eligible addresses within 20 miles of our St. Petersburg base and has a 9 p.m. Eastern cutoff for next-day delivery. Our delivery policy forms part of these terms. Read each item’s ingredients, allergens, intended use and storage instructions before purchase and consumption. Illustrations are decorative; actual product details control.

Changes, cancellations and remedies

Our refunds and cancellations policy explains requests and remedies. Nothing in these terms limits consumer protections, payment-dispute rights or liability that cannot be excluded by law. We do not require you to waive those rights to make a purchase.

Website use and applicable law

Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its security or operation. Site content belongs to Dough Dash or its licensors. Florida law applies to the extent permitted, without overriding mandatory protections that apply to you. Updated terms apply prospectively; a later change does not replace the terms accepted for an existing order without agreement.
