Delivery policy

Draft for owner review — not yet effective.

Dough Dash currently offers delivery only, within 20 miles of our St. Petersburg delivery base. Not all Tampa Bay addresses are eligible. The exact delivery address must be accepted before payment. Pickup and nationwide shipping are not currently offered.

Planning your delivery

Order by 9 p.m. Eastern for next-day delivery. Orders after 9 p.m. are eligible for a later available delivery date. Available delivery dates, order cutoffs, delivery windows, fees and any minimum order are disclosed before you pay. An order confirmation identifies the agreed delivery details. Please check your address, unit number, access instructions and contact information carefully.

Receiving your treats

Please arrange for someone to receive the order during its delivery window. Unattended delivery requires your express instructions and a suitable delivery location. Follow all item-specific storage and handling instructions promptly after delivery. Do not consume a product if its safety is in doubt; contact us.

Access issues and delays

If we cannot access your address or reach the recipient, we will attempt to contact you to agree on a solution. We will disclose any proposed redelivery charge and obtain your agreement before charging it. Weather, road conditions and other disruptions may affect timing. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and offer an agreed reschedule or a refund for the unfulfilled portion, including any related delivery charge.
